All major credit cards are accepted. Cash is no longer accepted for online sales. City and State tax must also be collected.

Pickup must be on Saturday, this house is closing and all remaining Items will be removed. Pickup information will be emailed so please make sure to check your email and spam folder in case we were filtered as junk email..

All sales are final-Please bring boxes and packing materials as they will not be provided.

We try to work with buyers for pickup but all large items must be removed Saturday if your merchandise is here at the end of the sale, we cannot store it. You will be charged and your merchandise removed from the premises. Milton Estate Sales is not responsible for accidents.
