We accept cash, all major credit cards. All Credit Cards do have a 2.9% processing Fee. No CHECKS are accepted. City and State tax must also be collected.

All sales are final-Please bring boxes and packing materials as they will not be provided.

We try to work with buyers for pickup but if your merchandise is here at the end of the sale, we cannot store it. You will be charged and your merchandise removed from the premises. Milton Estate Sales is not responsible for accidents.
