Storage unit spectacular

X Estate Sales is proud to be hosting the sale for 2 storage units from a lovely lady who is an avid music collector and cherished her treasured items. A large majority of this collection was kept In very good condition with natural wear.

Please note that you hosting a sale out of Public storage. The pick up process will be different. It is best to schedule appointment times with us to avoid wait times.
The way it will work is when we arrange a time for you that will allow us to gather your items and bring them down to the loading Area except for large furniture items then we will escort you to store. Buyer will be responsible for removing the larger items.
We’ve never had a problem with parking upfront by the loading area and the location is conveniently located right off the freeway. So please be patient with us during this process and don’t allow us to discourage from bidding or purchasing. We will try to make it as convenient as possible for everyone involved.
