All sales final— items sold as is.

Shipping is available, buyer pays actual shipping. Shipping on items is an estimate. I ship with USPS ground advantage & I try to be as close as possible.

Any other time by appointment, but all items must be picked up by Monday July 8th at 7 pm.

Delivery for flat fee within the southern Denver metro area.

If you are ordering multiple items for shipping, please make sure all items are ordered under the same account and shipping to the same address and I will discount the shipping as much as possible while packaging your items to arrive safely.

Due to the location of the sale and size parameters, we have decided to host an online auction format estate sale. This condo is located at Balterra at Sterling Hills.

Moving to online sales formats is never an easy decision, as we love our customers and clients, the things we learn from you, and the new friends we make! This client had years worth of well cared for collectibles in a one bedroom home where she displayed them proudly. Every inch of her condo was packed and we are excited to find new homes for her beloved items!

As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving. If something is not right, please let me know and I'll fix it!
