This home is in the prestigious Kelly Plantation "1 Waterplace condos" the HOA won't allow a live sale on premise.
This sale is just like our live sales, only online - each item is priced, simply "click to buy"
Once you make a purchase, the software will prompt you for payment information.

All purchases that can be carried out the by hand, will be able to access through the front door at the condo building. All larger items - furniture, beds etc. will be picked up and the rear of the building - loading dock. ( pickup instructions will follow after purchase)
We will have PMS movers on hand to bring the items down the freight elevator to your vehicle at the loading dock.
Our windows of pickup are firm, no pickups allowed on the weekend or after 5pm.

I will message / email you instructions at the end of the sale on Wednesday evening.
The pickup window will be Thursday from 9-11 and Friday from 12-2.
