This is a clean, smoke free home on the third floor of an elevator building. Unit is close to the elevator too! We can help you load in. The HOA does not allow estate sales so we are liquidating assets virtually. Tell the gate agent you're visiting unit 307 and with "estate ninjas". There are two "loading only" spots in front of the building that you can park in. If they are occupied you'll have to park in visitor parking until one is free.
