Everything is clean and everything being sold has been tested and in working condition.
Pickup date for this sale will spread throughout the sale days, but lets start with April 25,27,28th Then into May 1-2 Pickup times will be from 9am 11am.
If you purchase larger furniture, or multiple items, PLEASE bring help, this home has 3 floors - we can use elevator when needed, but prefer to use the stairs. I will coordinate PMS movers if you need a mover to deliver furniture or other large items.
At the conclusion of the sale, ( unless requested earlier) - you will receive an email with exact address and pickup times for Saturday.
PLEASE LET ME KNOW if you finish shopping before sale is over, I will get P/U orders out asap.
The parking is very tight at this location, we will stagger pickup times in order to work with the parking.
