2. **Payment and Pre-Purchase:** Payments are done in-person or over the phone. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, and checks. Full payment is required to hold any item. Estatesales.net will use your card as a means to hold an item through their system. We will reach out to you to complete purchase over the phone or to plan a time and day for you to pay in person. PAYMENTS ARE NOT COMPLETED THROUGH ESTATESALES.NET.
3. **Pricing and Negotiations:** Prices are as marked, but we are receptive to reasonable offers, especially as the sale progresses. Please message or call to negotiate price.
4. **Item Availability:** While estatesales.net allows for pre-approval via credit card, we strongly recommend customers call us to confirm the availability of items before visiting the store, as items may have been sold in-store and there may be delays with updating the sale online. We cannot guarantee the reservation of an item unless it has been pre-purchased. Funds will not be taken through EstateSales.Net, only through in-person or over the phone transactions.
5. **Pick-Up:** Our staff may assist with the removal of items but buyers are ultimately responsible for the removal of purchased items.
