All sales are as-is and final. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items, so you know exactly what you'll be receiving.

We have two locations for pickup for this online sale!! Items 1-64 will be picked up in Sears Woods on Saturday, Nove 26th between 10am-1pm. Items 65-144 will be picked up off in the Heath Park area off Weems Rd. Saturday, Nov. 26th between 2-5pm. You will receive an email with the pickup address after you make a purchase. If our pick-up times are not manageable within your schedule, please contact Silver Service prior to purchasing to make sure we can accommodate your schedule. Please DO NOT purchase items if the posted pick-up time is a problem unless you have made other arrangements with Silver Service management in advance.

All sales are final and considered a commitment to pay and pick up your item. If items are not picked up at assigned pickup times, items will be forfeited, and payment will not be refunded.

We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to assist everyone swiftly and in the order of arrival. Please have your pickup code (emailed to you by estatesales.net) or the last four digits of the credit card used available when picking up your item. Remaining items that have not been purchased during the sale will be available for purchase at pickup time. Please do not block the driveway. Thank you.
