All sales are as-is and final. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items, so you know exactly what you'll be receiving.

If our pick-up time is not manageable within your schedule, please contact Silver Service prior to purchasing to make sure we can accommodate your schedule. Please DO NOT purchase items if the posted pick-up time is a problem unless you have made other arrangements with Silver Service management in advance.

All sales are final and considered a commitment to pay and pick up your item. If items are not picked up by Saturday, February 25th at 12:00pm, items will be forfeited, and payment will not be refunded.

Pick-up: Due to parking restrictions, pickup times will be in 30-minute time slots on Wednesday, Feb 22nd between 10:00am-12:00pm or Saturday, February 25th, 10:00am-12:00pm. You will receive an email after the auction has ended to sign up for your pickup time.

We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to assist everyone swiftly and in the order of arrival. Only a limited number of people will be allowed in the home at a time to pick up items. Please do not block the driveway. Thank you.
