Mimi has moved into assisted living and living the good life. She was never a packrat, but she does have a lifetime of quality, mid-century furniture, kitchenware, and small decorative items. I mean, what Mimi didn't have a curio cabinet full of Hummel figurines and other treasures. Every room of the 4 bedroom house has something worth buying. The kitchen is loaded with everything you'd want in a kitchen and the garage has plenty of yard tools. Most of the hand tools will be free! Literally, I want to give the hand tools away.
