Unless otherwise noted, all items are pre-owned and may show typical signs of age such as light scuffs, scratches, or discoloration.

We do our best to describe and photograph each item accurately, including any noticeable damage or imperfections. However, descriptions are provided to the best of our ability with no guarantees.

All Sales Final

As is standard with estate sales, all items are sold “AS-IS.”

No credits, refunds, or exchanges will be issued—all sales are final without exception.

Fees

Please note: EstateSales.net charges a $2.95 processing fee on all purchases. This fee goes directly to EstateSales.net, not to us, and we cannot waive or adjust it.

Online Sale & Pickup

This is an online sale. To purchase, you must be signed in to your EstateSales.net account.

Once purchased, payment is made online by credit card only.

Pickup is on Saturday 12-3pm or Sunday 12pm-3pm in Arlington Heights, IL. The pickup address will be emailed to buyers on Tuesday evening—please check your email.

Don’t be late! Items must be picked up during the scheduled window.

Please bring your own bags, packing materials, tools, and moving help. We cannot provide moving or loading assistance.

Liability

Buyers are solely responsible for the safe handling, transport, and installation of all purchased items.

We are not liable for damages or injuries that occur during pickup, transport, or delivery.
