The Items Listed In This Online Estate Sale Are From The Norman Schmidt Family In Columbia Illinois. The family originally owned GROH’S TAVERN in Columbia Illinois where Reifschneider's Grill & Grape is located at currently. Before it was GROH’S tavern it was Tuhro Tavern. Many of the items came from GROH’S tavern. This is the first phase of online sales at this ranch house.

The house is located on Route 3 in Columbia Illinois. Be careful when turning onto driveway during your scheduled pickup. We will have balloons marking the driveway.

THE WINNING BIDDER MUST SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT (online) TO PICK UP YOUR MERCHANDISE through Signup genius. We will send you a link when the on line auction ends. Your merchandise is only available for pick up on Friday February 24th and Saturday February 25th during the specific times listed on Signup genius. If you fail to pick up your items you will still be charged for everything you purchased. NO EXCEPTIONS. By placing a bid you are agreeing to a time is of the essence agreement. Items that are not picked up in this time frame will be donation. This Is The Only Dates Available For Item Pick Up. All Items Are Listed And Sold AS FOUND. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

Once you place a bid there is no way to cancel once it has been entered. Please be careful to enter the correct amount you wish to bid before placing a bid. BIDS WILL NOT BE CANCELLED!! Be careful of the amount before you bid.

When picking up your items, please come at your scheduled time. Coming early or late makes the pickup of merchandise difficult. Parking will be in the gravel drive way, pull up close to over head garage doors.

If you do not pick up your merchandise during the dates listed above you will still be charged and you will not get your merchandise. No exceptions.
