Notice to bidders:
1. The absence of a condition report does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition. All lots are offered and sold "as is", and we will not provide refunds based on condition.
2. Placing a bid is an agreement to purchase. If you win, you must pick up your item(s).
2. If you default on your purchase, your bidding privileges will be revoked permanently. Do not bid if you do not plan to purchase.
3. If you bid, you MUST be available/arrange for pick-up of purchases on the pick-up date.
4. You will be provided with the street address after your purchase is complete. Masks are required.
5. You will also receive a link to schedule your pickup time slot. These are available on a 1st come, 1st served basis. Please schedule your pickup time as soon as you are able.
6. All items not picked up during the pick-up time will be considered abandoned. You will still be charged and you will not get your merchandise.
7. We have made every effort to describe items as accurately as possible. Expect normal signs of wear with antiques, vintage, and used items. We do not list every flaw. Dimensions are approximate.
8. As with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. No refunds or returns. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving.
