This is a downsizing sale from a clean, well maintained home. Manuals are available for most items. Larger items are local pickup only, but some smaller items can be shipped at buyer's expense. Shipping is separate from purchase price. Pick up will be in West Lafayette, IN on Friday, April 7th between 10am & 6pm by appointment. Pick up times will be arranged after purchase.

PAYMENT: Online payments processed by Square; Venmo; Cash; NO PERSONAL CHECKS. All items sold as-is. No returns or exchanges. We DO collect Indiana sales tax which is 7%.

SHIPPING AVAILABLE FOR SOME ITEMS AT BUYER’S EXPENSE. Shipping will be billed separately. Please email shipping address to huntandgatherestatesales@gmail.com. Items will not be shipped until payment is received for both the purchased item AND shipping.

LOCAL PICK UP: Pick up will be in West Lafayette, IN by appointment only. You will be notified of pick up address once you purchase. We cannot guarantee assistance with loading. Please bring help to load. Not responsible for accidents on pick up date. Items must be removed by the end of agreed upon pick up date and time. Items left will be considered abandoned.
