Items are sold "AS IS" and lots with multiple items are BUYER TAKES ALL. There will be NO SHIPPING for this sale, LOCAL PICK UP only.
As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items. Items on lots will be described, incidental things in the background of pictures are not included in the lot. Items are pre-owned and may have flaws that are not obvious in photos and descriptions. We cannot guarantee all items are in working order.

In order to bid, you must register with EstateSales.net's online auction. This requires an accurate email and a credit card for payment preauthorization. Please confirm that your payment information is accurate before bidding. A winning bid is a commitment to buy that item!
PAYMENT: You may pay In Person (Cash, Credit Card, Venmo) on day of pick up. You may also pay with the registered card on EstateSaeles.net at the close of the auction. There will be 7% sales tax applied to all transactions and a 3% processing fee for card transactions. If you do not pick up your items, YOUR CARD WILL STILL BE CHARGED and those items will be considered abandoned.
LOCAL PICK UP: Pick up will be in West Lafayette, IN by APPOINTMENT only. Appointments are necessary due to difficult access to the home. You will be notified of pick up address and appointment availability by your registered email after the auction's close. Items must be removed by the end of agreed upon pick up date and time. Items left will be considered abandoned.
PLEASE BRING HELP TO LOAD. We are not responsible for accidents.
Unsold items will be available for purchase at during your scheduled pick up date/time. We will accept reasonable offers on these items.
