PAYMENT: Online payments processed by Square. You must register with a valid credit/debit card to bid on items. The registered card will be charged at the completion of the auction. If you do not pick up your items, the registered card will be charged and the items will be considered abandoned. All items sold as-is. No returns or exchanges. We DO collect Indiana sales tax which is 7%. Estatesale.net charges a fee for EACH lot processed (@$2.95). This fee cannot be combined for multiple lots.
SHIPPING IS NOT AVAILABLE - Local pick up only
LOCAL PICK UP: Pick up will be in West Lafayette, IN by appointment only. You will be notified of pick up address once you purchase.
Pick up dates are Saturday, May 8th and Sunday, May 9th. Location and times will vary depending on items purchased. You will receive an email with information on May 7th.
We cannot guarantee assistance with loading. Please bring help to load. Not responsible for accidents on pick up date. Items must be removed by the end of agreed upon pick up date and time. Items left after 48 hours will be considered abandoned and forfeited without refund.
Please review all photographs closely before bidding. If an item does not contain a description, it does not mean that there are no imperfections. Placing a bid signifies that you have reviewed the photographs and read the description, which are based on opinion only, and accept each item as-is based on the pictures with no warranty or implied condition. We will make our best effort to provide measurements (or placement of a common item in the photo for size comparison).
