This once in a lifetime Breaux Bridge Louisiana estate sale is in the oldest building in St. Martin Parish. The front part of the home was built in 1811 in preparation for the marriage of Sylvestre and Marie (Breaux) Broussard. Marie was the daughter of the founder (Firmin Breaux) of the little town Pont de Breaux (Breaux Bridge).and she was gifted the 1/2 acre tract on the banks of Bayou Teche.
