This is a continuation of the 3 estates we had to pack up and bring to our building. These 3 estates are from 3 different areas of town. One in Anderson Island, one from Cross Lake and one from University Terrace. Each of these estates were unique in their own right but we are listing items from all 3 in these online sales. We estimated 4 sales but after the first week I believe it is going to take more than that to finish these up so we will just keep listing until we are finished.
A couple of things we have learned from the first one last week I would like for you to take note. You do have the option to pay cash on pickup which will save you a few cents on the credit card fees. However, please make note if you would like to pay cash in person that every item that you choose to purchase or bid on have that option marked. We had a lot of sales from last week the different ways were selected so it was hard to get it straightened out. If you do plan to pay in person it is perfectly fine with us. In fact, we prefer it because it's easier for us to keep up with it. The estatesales dot net does still require a credit card be put on file to protect us from non-pay buyers but we will release the hold of funds on your card as soon as your items are picked up.
Most of the items in this sale are pretty self explanatory but if you need or would like additional information please feel free to call us at 318-828-2915 Monday-Friday 10:00-5:00 and we can answer any of your inquiries. If it is on the weekend you can use the message board on here and it will send an email to us and we will try to answer as soon as we can.
We will have to limit the amount of items in each of these sales to 300-400 items/lots. There may be as many as 6 sales as there is a lot of items that were picked up from these estates.
Local pickup for these items can start the Tuesday following the sale at our Fusion Mall Consignment Store located at 728 Shreveport Barksdale Hwy. We will open at 10:00 AM and stay until 5:00 PM. If you cannot make it at this time you can just call us and we will be happy to try and accommodate you. If you would like to pickup you items on Monday following the sale please call us at 318-828-2915 and if your order has been pulled you will be able to get it on Monday..
We will ship small items but will not ship furniture and large and/or bulky items. If you do need furniture pieces shipped we will try to help accommodate you by working with your shipper.
