As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving.

You must be able to pick up your item on Saturday July 20. Pick up times will be between 9:00 and 12:00. Access to the house is on a one lane road, so anticipate waiting in line for your pick up. If you are not willing to be patient on the day of pick up, please don't bid on an item.
