Pick up times are as follows. Winning bidders will receive an email with a calendar link to reserve pick up slot and the exact street address for pick up.

Buyer's Premium:

A 23% buyer's premium will be added to the final hammer (bid) price of each item. Winning bidders will receive a separate invoice for buyers premium for all won items. Invoice must be paid within 24 hours.

Bidder acknowledges and that any items not picked up during the designated times (unless prior arrangements have been agreed to by auctioneer) will be subject to forfeit at auctioneer's sole discretion.

Bidder acknowledges that this auction has a 23% buyers premium which is required to be paid before item pick up. Failure to pay separate invoice within 24 hours may result in forfeiting won items.

The auction will be conducted online through our designated auction platform.

Bidders must register on the platform prior to participating in the auction.

All bids placed are legally binding and cannot be retracted.

Failure to make payment within the specified time frame may result in the cancellation of the winning bid , forfeiture of any deposit, and may result in loss of bidding privileges for future auctions.

Ownership and Transfer of Title:
