Listed here you will find items from our one-day Farmington Hills home decor sale. For this sale, items can be pre-chased by either bidding or using the Buy-It-Now option. Purchased items can then be picked up during our one-day sale on Saturday May 13 from 9:00am to 2:00pm.
Purchasers are responsible for dis-assembly, moving and loading your own purchases. You must bring your own tools, moving help and proper vehicle. Please note that items are located on the main floor, the second floor and in the basement of the home, and you may need to navigate stairs when collecting your items.
****Absolutely no refunds will be given once purchaser has started to disassemble or move their purchases****
Additional small home decor items will be available during the sale, and we will continue to add additional items for pre-sale, so check back for new items!

We DO NOT move or load furniture. You must bring your own moving supplies, labor and proper vehicle. If you can't move it, you can't buy it!
