Any items purchased but not picked up will be considered abandoned. There are no refunds. Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued because the consigned still needs to be paid.

Mid-Michigan Estates accepts all bids on items; feel free to submit your highest offer. We consider all bids and like to negotiate!

You are required to bring packing materials for your purchases.

Always use extreme caution not to scuff walls, damage floors or break merchandise.
