As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving. Any items paid for but not retrieved (for in-person and local pickup items) will be considered abandoned property and no refund will be issued.

We DO NOT move or load furniture. You must bring your own moving supplies, labor and proper vehicle. If you can't move it, you can't buy it!
