Estate Sale Leftovers

We wanted to have a wrapping up sale at the condo, however, the amount of traffic we bring into a complex is huge. The condo association and neighbors were wonderful when we had the sale at the condo, we don't want to damage that relationship. So we are putting the leftovers in lots up for auction.

We will schedule people to pick up the items at two per hour so the traffic isn't bad.

Please note: You must take everything in the lot. There will be no leaving any items behind because you don't want them. It is up to you to dispose of them.

Invoices will be sent at the close of the auction via Square, once invoice is paid, pick up appointment can be made.

There are some items we are not putting in lots, those items will be free when you pick up your winning auction lots. If you don't win an auction, you cannot take any of the free stuff. So make sure you bid!

As is the case of our estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. There are no returns, exchanges, refunds, guarantees or warrantees. I am providing the best detailed descriptions and pictures of the lots as I can so you know exactly what you'll be receiving.

We will assist in packing up the items in the lot(s) you won. You will be responsible for moving larger pieces. We will NOT have staff available to load items for you.
