As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving.

PAYMENT:
• Full payment required for all winning bids: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once the auction has ended, an email notification will be sent to each winning bidder with the local pickup address. All winning bids will be charged in full to the winning Bidder. Any item(s) not picked up or paid for will be considered abandoned property and the winning Bidder will be charged in full for the abandoned item(s). Any abandoned items will either be resold or donated by the Auctioneer with no refund provided to the winning Bidder.
• No warranty: ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS - WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE, REFUNDS OR RETURNS OF ANY KIND. The descriptions of items at auction are believed to be correct. Nevertheless, neither those descriptions, nor any written or oral statements made by the Auctioneer (or her agents or officers) concerning any item shall be construed as a warranty, either expressed or implied. The Bidder is to examine the merchandise photos carefully and except it the way it is. ALL questions about items MUST be asked BEFORE bidding.
• Additional note on jewelry items: The jewelry items have *NOT* been appraised by a professional jeweler. Please make your own judgments by carefully reviewing the photos. ALL questions about items including flaws, quality of jewelry, etc. MUST be asked BEFORE bidding.
LOCAL PICK-UP:
• Time and Date: Pick-up will be on Saturday, August 5th from 10:00am to 2:00pm in Minneapolis, MN 55405.
• Location: The full address for pick-up as well as information to schedule a pick-up appointment timeslot will be on winning Bidders' email notification. We ask that our winning Bidders DO NOT show up early at pick-ups. Please ONLY bid if you are able to attend the pick-up.
• Safety: The safety and health of our clients, team members, and customers is a top priority. Bidder acknowledges responsibility for any personal injury or property damage caused by Bidder or his/her Agent, and further agrees to hold Auctioneer harmless from any personal injury to himself or Bidder’s Agents and any property damage incurred to the property or on the auction pickup premises. Any special requirements for pick-up (e.g. masks) will be communicated to all winning bidders. Masks and social distancing requirements will be in accordance with any local guidelines. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
