This is a combined sale of an two estates and due to large size and conditions presented we have chosen to move this sale off site for pickup. A link will be provided after the end of the auction to allow you to sign up for a pick up time. Please do not arrive before the pickup time as we will not be able to service you early and it makes the pickup difficult for others.
The sale will run from June 27-July 3. Closing of the auction items is staggered and starts at 7:30pm . Please not the closing items of each item.
Pickup day will be Saturday July 6th from 9am-1pm.
Due to the holiday weekend pickup date we can make arrangements for an alternate date if needed.
Please reach out to us immediately to make arrangements when the auction ends. If no arrangements are made before pickup day all unclaimed items will be forfeited.
We have made every effort to describe items in full detail. If there are other questions, please reach out before bidding.
Many items can be shipped but please reach out before bidding to make arrangements and receive approval for shipping. All Shipping fees including insurance if needed will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
