Seller threw me a curve ball. We will hold off on the interior of the home for a couple weeks. So this sale is to drop some prices and move some more inventory. This is a Living Estate Sale Auction. Please respect the homeowners wishes, Home owner is requesting no one to come inside so all items will be waiting in the garage or we will bring it out from inside. Any large items from the wood working room will need to be removed by the buyer. There may be one occasion that you will be allowed in to move large furniture. There will be a STRICT pick up schedule as this home does NOT have a good drive way. One Day for Pick-Up; Saturday, January 6th 12pm to 4 pm.

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ! The pick up date for this auction is 1/6/2024 12p-4p. You will need to make an appointment for this pick-up as parking is very limited on a BUSY windy road. You'll receive a Sign-Up Genius request after the auction ends, possibly the next morning. Items not picked up by the designated times will be forfeited and your credit card will still be charged. Please email me prior to bidding if you need special arrangements and we will try to work with you if at all possible BUT please remember this is an occupied home!!
