THE WINNING BIDDER MUST SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT (online) TO PICK UP YOUR MERCHANDISE through Signupgenius. We will send you a link when the on line auction ends. Your merchandise is only available for pick up dates of Friday June 20th & Saturday June 21st during the specific times listed on Signupgenius of 9AM to 1PM. If you fail to pick up your items you will still be charged for everything you purchased. NO EXCEPTIONS. By placing a bid you are agreeing to a time is of the essence agreement. Items that are not picked up in this time frame will remain with the estate for donation. These Are The Only Dates Available Due To House Closing Soon. All Items Are Listed And Sold AS FOUND. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

Once you place a bid there is no way to cancel once it has been entered. Please be careful to enter the correct amount you wish to bid before placing a bid. BIDS WILL NOT BE CANCELLED!! Be careful of the amount before you bid.

When picking up your items, we ask that you have the pick up code provided to you and follow social distancing guidelines. Masks are required when entering pick up site to retrieve your items(s).Please come at your scheduled time. Parking will be on the street in front of the home. Coming early or late makes the pickup of merchandise difficult. When you pick up your item(s) at your designated time please pull up close as you can in front of the house.

Please be sure to read the entire item description and view pictures. All items are being Sold As Found / As Is. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving.

If you do not pick up your merchandise during the dates listed above you will still be charged and you will not get your merchandise. No exceptions.

Please note that Estatesales.net charges a fee to the bidder / buyer of 2.95 per item won. This will be added to you final purchase price. We have no control over this fee as it is charged by and paid to Estatesales.net.
