LOVELY/CLEAN AFFTON ON-LINE ESTATE AUCTION

This lovely estate is near the Gravois and Rock Hill Rd. intersection in Affton. It is one of the most clean sales we have ever done. Most of the furniture (despite its age) is in pristine condition. Everything is VERY well taken care of. The wind-up toys are an awesome find, as some are quite rare, and most work very well! Hope you find a treasure or two at this awesome sale!

By placing a bid, you are agreeing to pick up your merchandise on one of our scheduled pickup dates. WINNING BIDDERS MUST SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT (ONLINE) VIA SIGNUPGENIUS.COM TO PICK UP THEIR MERCHANDISE. A link will be provided via email following the auction. Pick-up is not an all day event; the hours are limited and specific. Your merchandise is only available for pickup on the date listed, and during the specific times listed on signupgenius.com. We will have two pickup opportunities. One will be on Friday, JULY 14, 2023. The other will be on Saturday, JULY 15, 2023. IF YOU BUY LARGE FURNITURE/RUGS/APPLIANCES, WE REQUIRE THAT YOU PICK THEM UP ON THE SECOND DAY OF THE SALE (Saturday, JULY 15, 2023). We do not have anyone that can help with moving items, so PLEASE BRING ADEQUATE HELP if required to move your purchases. If you purchase delicate items, please bring paper/bubble wrap to protect your purchase. Items not picked up by purchaser will be returned to our client. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS for items purchased but not picked up. If you fail to pick up your items, you will still be charged for each item that you bought. ALL BIDS AND SALES ARE FINAL.
