Your merchandise is only available for pick up dates of Friday May 26th & Saturday May 27th during the specific times listed on Signupgenius. If you fail to pick up your items, you will still be charged for everything you purchased. NO EXCEPTIONS. By placing a bid you are agreeing to a time is of the essence agreement. Items that are not picked up in this time frame will remain with the estate for donation. These Are The Only Dates Available Due For Pick Up. All Items Are Listed And Sold AS FOUND. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

When picking up your items, we ask that you have the pickup code provided to you and follow social distancing guidelines. Please come at your scheduled time. Parking will be on the street in front of the home. Coming early or late makes the pickup of merchandise difficult. When you pick up your item(s) at your designated time please pull up close as you can in front of the house.
