Your merchandise is only available for pick up dates of Friday April 18th & Saturday April 19th during the specific times listed on Signupgenius. If you fail to pick up your items you will still be charged for everything you purchased. NO EXCEPTIONS. By placing a bid you are agreeing to a time is of the essence agreement. Items that are not picked up in this time frame will remain with the estate for donation. These Are The Only Dates Available Due To House Closing Soon. All Items Are Listed And Sold AS FOUND.
