Pickup And Shipping Details

Welcome and thank you for taking the time to look at the items we have to offer with this estate sale.

Please review all images and read the full descriptions for each item you are interested in. If you need additional information, please do not hesitate to contact me directly.

As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as is, and final. These items are from an estate and are in used condition. Items may have age-related wear and show signs of use.

Pick Up Details

Pick up is in Biloxi with bonus shopping on the day of pick up.

Pick Up is Saturday August 19 Only.

You must make an appointment to pick up your items using our online appointment system at the below link.

The physical property address will be provided the day of pick up before 8am. Check your spam folder (2 emails go out. one goes out the night before with the street address and one goes out the morning of pick up)

It is your responsibility to contact me via email at msrootsbiloxi@gmail.com or 228-326-9962 if there is an issue once your appointment time has been confirmed within the online appointment system.

If you purchase an item and it is not picked at the scheduled appointment date and time, your purchase(s) will be considered abandoned and will be donated. We do not hold items or provide refunds for abandoned purchases.

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

You must bring help for heavy items and appropriate packaging supplies and boxes to pick up your purchases. Mississippi Roots LLC will not provide materials or labor on the pick up day.

*Most items will need to be cleaned. Please, look at the photos carefully. Items were stored as a collection.

Shipping Details

We are offering shipping on smaller items and non furniture items in this sale. Shipping is available for items over $50.00 or combined items over $50.00. We have decades of shipping experience and your items will be packed to ensure safe delivery. We utilize the USPS and UPS carriers for shipping. Items that cannot be shipped will be clearly marked on each listing within the sale.

The shipping fee will include a $3 handling charge per item and payment for shipping materials if necessary. We make every effort to use free carrier packaging and recycle shipping materials and packaging where we are able, to save on costs.

Shipping will be billed separately from the purchase transaction once we have calculated the final shipping amount. Shipping must be paid for within 24 hours of receiving the shipping invoice. Email us at msrootsbiloxi@gmail.com if you are intrested in participating in the shipping program.

We will make every effort to combine shipping to save you shipping costs. Some items may need to be shipped separately due to their size or fragility.

All shipped items will include $100 built in shipping insurance. For individual items, or combined shipped items valued at over $100, the buyer will be responsible for paying for additional insurance.

Should there be any issue with carrier damage during transit, the buyer must keep the damaged item and ALL packaging materials to assist Mississippi Roots with filing a claim with the carrier. This may entail taking the item and the packaging to the local Post Office/UPS store for inspection.

Items will be shipped within 10 business days of receipt of payment for shipping.

If you purchase an item and we do not receive payment for your shipping invoice within 24 hours of receipt of the shipping invoice, your purchase(s) will be considered abandoned and will be donated. We do not hold items or provide refunds for abandoned purchases. You WILL be charged for the item/s. (These are my clients items and not mine)
