As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as is, and final. These items are from an estate and are in used condition. Items may have age-related wear, damage and show signs of use. It is the buyers responsibility to carefully review ALL images for detailed condition information prior to purchase. While we do our best to provide multiple clear images and note any issues, we realize that sometimes there may be an issue with an item. You have the opportunity to inspect your items when you pick them up. Once you leave the sale location with your item(s), there will be no further discussion about the item, reduction in price, or refunds.
Pick Up is Sunday 12th in Biloxi. Available times are between 11am and 4pm. You must pick a time to pick up. Do not just show up!
You must make an appointment to pick up your items by emailing me at msrootsbiloxi@gmail.com
Sunday is the only day we will be at this estate!
The earlier slots fill up fast. The physical property address will be provided the morning of pickup via email from EstateSales.net

If you purchase an item and it is not picked at the scheduled appointment date and time, your purchase(s) will be considered abandoned and will be donated. We do not hold items or provide refunds for abandoned purchases.
No refunds or exchanges.
You must bring help for heavy items and appropriate packaging supplies and boxes to pick up your purchases. Mississippi Roots LLC will not provide materials or labor on the pick up day.
