As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. Make sure you call if you have any questions.
Items are in used condition.
Please, look at the pictures carefully!

Pick up is in MOSSPOINT/ESCATAWPA

Check your spam folder. I send a message the night before pick up and the morning of pick up

SATURDAY Only for pick up
Appointment times are between 10 and 130pm
10am always books up fast. It's usually not available the next day.
You must make an appointment! If you show up with out an appointment you will not be able to BONUS shop!

It is your responsibility to contact me! Via email at msrootsbiloxi@gmail.com and schedule pick up.

I will only give out the physical address two hours before pick up.

If you buy an item and it is not picked up between the day listed your items will be donated. No refunds, returns or exchanges!

Bring your own help and packing materials.
I will not pack your items up. Please, make sure you look at your items before you leave.

There are items that are not listed and you will be able to do bonus shopping, when you come to your appointment.
