As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving.

Pick-Up Instructions:

Pick up for all winning items will be June 13th from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM in Ocean Springs, MS.

✅ Please bring a valid ID to claim your items.
✅ Buyers are responsible for disassembling, removing, and transporting their purchases.

Important: If you are unable to pick up during this designated time window, please do not bid. We are unable to hold or store items — all items must be removed from the property on the day of pick-up.

Everyone please read descriptions before bidding as all bids are final and cannot be retracted.

Please bring bags, boxes and for breakable items packing material. Book buyers will be responsible for bringing boxes, packing up and moving.

NO SHOWS WILL NOW BE CHARGED FOR THEIR PURCHASES, BY PLACEING YOUR BID YOU ARE AGREEING TO PAY FOR YOUR ITEM PICKING UP ON TIME AND IF YOU FAIL TO DO SO YOU ARE FORFEITING THE RIGHT TO DISPUTE THE CHARGE ON YOUR CREDIT CARD.
