Brown leather Chesterfield couch with wooden frame - asking $700. Excellent condition. 102" wide, 32" deep, 36" high. Located on first floor of home for easier moving.

Comfortable oversized armchair with matching ottoman. Also comes with 2 oversized throw pillows. Asking $450. Like new condition - this was an accent piece in a guest room and rarely used. Manufactured in North Carolina. Armchair is 41" wide (from arm to arm which is the widest part) and 36" high. The seat cushion itself is 27" x 23". Ottoman is 34" x 24" and 18" high. The 2 oversized pillows are 24" x 24" each.

Lazy Boy Talladega dark brown leather rocker recliner. Like new condition - asking $600. This is an oversized rocker recliner for taller people (6'3" & up) to support your legs when reclined. This recliner has power controls to operate the recliner. It also includes a port to charge your phone. See additional photos for details including measurements. Note: The chair has already been disassembled into 3 pieces to make it easier to transport.
