Important Sale Dates

-Online Auction Bidding July 7th-14th. Several benefits of a 7 day online auction is the time allowed for you to digest the offerings in the sale, conduct your own research, measure space allowances in your home for potential auction purchases, physically preview items at the actual home where they are auctioned from and the flexibility of bidding from basically anywhere.

-Preview/Inspection Day Saturday, July 8th from 12PM-2PM(Please text Chris at 814-504-9532 to schedule appointment)

-Pick-Up Day Sunday, July 16th, 10AM-4PM

Hi There! We have an awesome online auction in the works starting on Friday, July 7th at 8:00am. The items included in this online auction are from a lovely, lakeside lodge style home in the Findley Lake, featuring incredibly unique cabin/rustic furnishings mixed in with a few contemporary furnishings, decor, nature prints and more.

Please note, several pieces of furniture included in the auction are located at the couple's home in Fairview and will need to be picked-up at the home in Fairview.

The items needed to be picked-up in Fairview will be notated in the item description. This is definitely a one-of-a-kind online auction that gives off some serious Summer vibes!

If you are decorating your own home, have a weekend camp or an Air BnB that needs a touch of outdoor inspo., this auction is a one stop shop, you just need to be the highest bidder!

The online auction is hosted at estatesales.net where you can access the auction and get in on the bidding action. As long as you have an account on estatesales.net and a strong internet connection, you'll be ready to participate in this auction and any future online auctions down the road.

A preview/inspection day is scheduled for Saturday , July 8th from 12pm-2pm which gives you the opportunity to see the items in person. Please Note:

The online auction bidding is a "hard close" process , similar to Ebay, as opposed to a "soft close" process used by other online auction platforms, which extends the time if there is active bidding towards the end. There is no time extension using this particular platform. The bidding ends when the allotted time for each item expires, which is displayed under each item. Also, entering a maximum "max" bid doesn't necessarily mean you will pay your maximum bid. The system will automatically keep bidding on your behalf against other bidders up to your placed "max" bid for convenience purposes.

-Bidding Example

You are bidding on a lamp and place a max bid of $58.00 towards the end of the auction. The auction ends on the item and you win the item for $39.00. This means the next highest bidder had a high bid of $38.00, however you were willing to go up to $58.00. Your maximum bid doesn’t automatically jump to that amount when you place the bid. The bid only is increased if there are other bidders actively bidding on the item. Your maximum bids are hidden from other bidders, essentially creating a level playing field.

Disclaimer: The winning bidders will be notified of the exact address by email, however the home is in the Findley Lake area for general planning purposes. Several of the furnishings and items will need to be picked up at the owners home in Fairview, which is noted in the description of those particular items.

The pick up date is scheduled for Sunday, July 16th from 10am-4pm. An email will be sent at the conclusion of the sale by email. Please check your spam/junk folder as well for the communication.
