5-string bluegrass banjo, a top-tension monster that Ome Banjos (now owned by Gold Tone) custom built for client around 2005. Ideal for gigging musicians, although it has such a sparkling, deep tone it would be fun for a beginner to play in any setting. It also is pricey, as banjos go, mainly because it is elaborately decorated. Client paid $8,800 when special-ordered. Will include 3 lessons.
