We are going to do simple pricing for this sale. It is an estate & the goal is to empty the house as quickly as we can!!! All furniture will be $100 each. This includes the dining set, side boards, cabinets, beds & couches. Smaller furniture will be priced $25-50. All "knick knacks", "tchotchkes", kitchen items, small decor, clothing, linens, vinyl records, toys, books, etc will be ONLY $1 each, with few exceptions. Items in the barn & outdoors will be negotiable pricing. Please bring help to load & be courteous of the staff. There are deals to be had...
