Hiddenworth Online Millcreek Auction!

Hi All!

Join us online as we pop up in Millcreek for a 7 day online estate auction featuring an amazing selection of offerings, many with a Yellowstone/Southwest flavor to it, as you can see from the pictures.

This auction has some quality offerings to include furnishings, tasteful wildlife art, incredibly interesting collectibles, several portable fireplaces, OUTSTANDING cuckoo clocks, cameras, an amazing collection of books(many wilderness themed), awesome stereos, fishing gear, everyday, useful household items that will be packaged and sold off in lots, tools, composite recycled patio furniture, electronics and well……more! I had a hard time staying focused getting ready for this sale….too many items of interest for me to read and explore.

The gentleman was quite the environmentalist, so he’d be happy to know that we are re-homing the items that can be of service to someone else in an environmentally, sustainable way.

If you are on the hunt to decorate and furnish a space in your home, swap out some pieces, or are furnishing a short-term rental, cabin, cottage without re-mortgaging your home, there’s no better way than to participate in auctions and estate sales. The online auction is hosted at estatesales.net where you can get in on the bidding action. If you hadn't already done so, you'll need to sign-up for a simple account on estatesales.net to actively bid. Once you are in, you’ll be able to participate with ease on future auctions as well.

Online Auction Bidding

Sunday, April 6th- Sunday, April 13th. Item bidding will start to close at 6pm with the very last items up for auction ending at 8:00pm.

Please pay attention to the countdown clock under each item of interest for accurate ending times.

Preview/Inspection Day of Auction Offerings

Please text/call Chris at 814-504-9532 to schedule a preview of any items of interest in this auction. We will try to work with you on scheduling a preview around your schedule.

Pick-Up Day

There will be multiple days for pick-ups due to the limited parking. A link to an online scheduler will be included in the email sent to all winning bidders shortly after the auction closing. You’ll be able to schedule an appointment for pick-ups.

Auction Format

The online auction bidding is a "hard close" process , similar to Ebay, as opposed to a "soft close" process used by other online auction platforms, which extends the time if there is active bidding towards the end. There is no time extension using this particular platform. The bidding ends when the allotted time for each item expires, which is displayed under each item.

Also, entering a maximum "max" bid doesn't necessarily mean you will pay your maximum bid. The system will automatically keep bidding on your behalf against other bidders up to your placed "max" bid for convenience purposes.

Bidding Example

You are bidding on a lamp and place a max bid of $58.00 towards the end of the auction. The auction ends on the item and you win the item for $39.00. This means the next highest bidder had a high bid of $38.00, however you were willing to go up to $58.00. Your maximum bid doesn’t automatically jump to that amount when you place the bid. The bid only is increased if there are other bidders actively bidding on the item. Your maximum bids are hidden from other bidders, essentially creating a level playing field. There’s definitely some fun strategy and gamesmanship as well.

An email will be sent at the conclusion of the sale by email to all winning bidders containing information about pick-up day.
