-Pick-Up Day(s)

-An email with the pick-up address and scheduling link will be sent within 30 minutes of the auction closing on Friday, January 2nd. You’ll be able to schedule a time-slot that fits your schedule. If these times do not work for you, please contact Chris at 814-504-9532. Should you need a delivery service, please contact me for recommendations prior to pick-up.

Greetings and Happy New Year Almost!

We hope you are enjoying the holiday season and are getting to spend time with friends and family. While you are chilling with the fam, check out our end of 2025 online condo auction in Millcreek. While this isn’t the largest of auctions, there are some very nice furnishings and decor that are looking to be repurposed, loved-up and used in their next life. We will be adding the collectibles throughout the auction…look for that.

Join the second-hand first movement while transforming or elevating a space in an eco-friendly fashion..nothing better than that when sourcing for home goods.

Thanks to all who have participated in our auctions and have visited us during our in person estate sales in 2025. Have fun bidding, stay warm, and we hope to see you on pick-up day in 2026!

Please Note:

The online auction bidding is a "hard close" process , similar to Ebay, as opposed to a "soft close" process used by other online auction platforms, which extends the time if there is active bidding towards the end. There is no time extension using this particular platform. The bidding ends when the allotted time for each item expires, which is displayed under each item. Also, entering a maximum "max" bid doesn't necessarily mean you will pay your maximum bid. The system will automatically keep bidding on your behalf against other bidders up to your placed "max" bid for convenience purposes.

-Bidding Example

You are bidding on a lamp and place a max bid of $58.00 towards the end of the auction. The auction ends on the item and you win the item for $39.00. This means the next highest bidder had a high bid of $38.00, however you were willing to go up to $58.00. Your maximum bid doesn’t automatically jump to that amount when you place the bid. The bid only is increased if there are other bidders actively bidding on the item. Your maximum bids are hidden from other bidders, essentially creating a level playing field.
