The seller is recently retired, is packing a few bags and moving her entire life to Spain! She says life is too short, not to live out your dreams! So it’s time to get her apartment cleared out and share her legacy with other people who will love it. She has amazing taste in high-end furniture and because she decided this a little bit last minute most of her furniture is very new! She is the only person who lives in the home, no pets reside here and no smoking in the home. Everything has been meticulously taken care of and most items will be like getting them brand new without those designer store price tags!! Let’s help send her off to Spain with no extra baggage!

Thank you so much for shopping our sale! All purchases are online and pick up will be strictly only on May 20 of 2026. If you purchase earlier and would like to pick up earlier, please reach out to see if we can make arrangements. We are working with very strict deadlines as this seller is moving to a different country and has to have everything out with no exceptions. Pick up is located on a third story floor for an apartment. There are two flights of stairs and easy access to parking lots. No assistance can be provided by the client nor eighth state heirlooms employees to move load or transport items that are purchased. Please bring all necessary items to wrap Lyft load and transport your items safely home. Once your invoice is signed, you are responsible for the items you have purchased. Apartment is located in Charlotte near Matthews, NC.
This client is leaving the country and so the timeline is pretty strict, so pick up will be on Wednesday May 20, 2026 and appointment times can be found in our sign-up genius that you will receive after purchasing. Any items not picked up by this date will be considered forfeited and no free funds will be issued.
