As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving.

Pickup is scheduled for Tuesday June 20th from 430pm
to 630pm. Make sure you are available for pickup as bidding is an obligation to pay. The only exception is for large furniture. Pickup can be arranged for a different time to allow to secure help.

We do not move or pack items. Please bring supplies to secure your items for transport.

If your purchase is 10 dollars or less or includes more than 2 items, we will ask you to bring a card or cash at pickup.

There are no buyer's premiums or card fees.
