All lots end at the same time. And there's no extension. So please have high bid in early.

Welcome and thank you for looking at our items. The information below is important. Please READ. By bidding on an item, you are agreeing to buy and pickup at the designated time. Please check that you're available for pickup before bidding.
Please be sure to read the entire lot description. Some lots may have additional pictures.

*Pickup is scheduled for Saturday July 6th from 5pm to 7pm. You will receive the specific address in Old Hickory (Wilson County) after the auction closes. You will need to respond to the email selecting a time slot. Time slots will be 5,530,6,630, or 7.

*Your card is preauthorized by EstateSales.NET but payment is collected on site. We only charge card on file if you no show.

*Some lots are pick what you want out of the lot. But MOST lots are take everything. And taking everything is required.

*You will NEED to bring help to move large items. No one working the pickup will be available to move these items.

*You will NEED to bring boxes, paper to remove your items.

As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final.
