PICKUP & REMOVAL is strictly enforced; if you cannot pick up your items by these terms, please DO NOT BID!
Please place your high bid early as most items will end simultaneously. Estatesales.net will bid in increments for you until the highest bid you entered is reached. Please see estatesales.net bidding terms with questions on placing your bid.

Winning bidders will be contacted with the exact location after the auction ends so there's no need to email us....watch for the email.
Buyer is responsible for pickup. All items must be picked up during the listed date(s) and times. Failure to pickup items during pickup times will result in a forfeiture of items, the highest bidder will be charged the full amount.
We will not have boxes or personnel to help with loading or packing.
Buyer shall indemnify Loved & Listed, LLC against any damages, claims, liability as a result of any harm or injury suffered by any person during the pickup of items.
