***The Auction closes Saturday, December 3rd @ 9:30 pm CST. Credit cards are charged immediately following you winning
the Auction Item.
***Pick up is Sunday, December 4th, 1:00-3:00pm in Fort Worth, TX 76132 area. The complete address will be listed on
your invoice from EstateSale.net and the email from us, Flipping Your Treasures. If you think you'll need special
arrangements, please contact us before the closing of the auction to ensure it is possible. Do not bid if you cannot pick
up during this time unless we have discussed other options.
***Those items paid, but not picked up are considered abandoned items. Unfortunately, we can't offer a refund as the
consignor will still need to be paid.
***Shipping is ONLY available on a handful of the lots that include small items. If you need shipping, please make sure you
are bidding on something that is eligible for shipping. If unsure, please email us at FlippingYourTreasures@gmail.com If
you need shipping you must notify us BEFORE pick up begins. Shipping is $5.00 per lot plus the cost of shipping. Please
read description as some items may have a higher handling fee.
***You must provide all packing, boxes and manpower to safely and carefully remove the items you have won. All items
must be off property by 3:00 pm. Once we leave the pick up location we do not return.
