Please note that there will be no "In-Person Inspection" for this auction. Please pay close attention to the lot descriptions.

These homes are located in central Houston. The Braeswood / Bellaire area and the Museum District.

ALL Auction items must be picked-up from the homes. All pickups are strictly by appointment only, Pickup times are from 10:00 am to 7:00 p, beginning Thursday, May 25th to Saturday, May 27, 2023.

Bidding Notice: Please be sure to view ALL photos and descriptions for each lot before bidding. Some items may have additional information provided in the FAQ section.

- A credit card is required to purchase items.

- Full payment must be made at the closing of the auction item. Methods of payment are MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Payment must be made by the registered bidder (you must register with this site).

- All items are sold as is, where is, with no representation or warranty expressed or implied. All sales are final. No returns or refunds.

- Any items not removed by May 27, 2023 at 7:00pm, shall revert back to the seller with NO REFUND.

Payment Terms
-When registering to bid, the registered bidder should be the same as the name of the cardholder on file. If the name of the bidder does not match the billing information, your bids may be declined by the auctioneer.

At auction closing, (or at time of Buy Now) all items you purchased will be charged to the debit/credit card you registered with. Buy Now items will be charged immediately when purchased.

Pickup Details:
-After your item is purchased, you will receive an email which includes the following:

1. Confirmation of your purchase.

2. A link to reserve a time slot for pick-up. Pickup times are from 10:00 am to 7:00 p, beginning Thursday, May 25th to Saturday, May 27, 2023.

3. The exact address of the house for pickup of your item(s).
