The house is for sale, so most of the items will be sold as a part of preparation.

Majority of the pieces are heavy solid wood or stone. Each item has a price that will be affixed to the actual item.

Majority of the items are  for  spacious areas, due to the size. 

There will be no free unsupervised  strolling around the house, as the residents still live in the house.
