As much as we like to plan our lives, things don't always work out as we imagined. One costly mistake is to put items into public storage for what we like to think will only be a short time. What often happens is that the short time becomes a long time, and someone has been paying every month to continue storing items. Another mistake is that we make purchases with the intent of someday using them. Yet, for one reason or another, we end up storing rather than enjoying items.
